Contests for the clan

I am thinking about holding some kind of contest for the clan. I need some ideas though so throw some out there for me. I htought about maybe haveing a tournament that was 1 on 1 or 1 man army and having a bracket and the winner recieving a black hi sec key. I am not sure but just somthing small to hlp motivate the clan.
